NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING TO PROPERTY OWNERS OF HILLS OF BANDERA RANCH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
 
Dear Hills of Bandera Ranch POA property owners,
This notice officially announces the Annual Meeting of the Hills of Bandera Ranch Property Owners Association on January 10, 2026, at 9:00am. The meeting will be held at CRC Ranch Retreat, 9061 Bandera Creek Road, Bandera, TX 78003.
The agenda will be:
  1. Call to Order
  2. Determination of Quorum
  3. Approval of Prior Year Meeting Minutes
  4. Introduction of Board of Directors and Board Member Comments
  5. Officer Reports: President (Tom Miller)
  6. Vice President (Jeff Cowley)
  7. Secretary (Linda Dunn)
  8. Treasurer (Carl Voskamp)
  9. Common Area Committee Comments
  10. Architectural Control Committee Report
  11. Vote Results – Proposed Amendment to DCCRs *
  12. Election of Directors – 2 Vacancies for a 2-year term each
  13. Hills of Bandera Ranch Website - reminder to register

* Additional information on Agenda Item “Vote Results – Proposed Amendment to DCCRs”: The vote to approve the proposed Amendment to the DCCRs to allow the Association to impose fines for violations will be held electronically via a secure election website. Each lot owner will receive an email with a unique link to access the electronic ballot. If you do not wish to vote electronically, please fill out the ballot included in this notice. The electronic vote and the paper ballot will take the place of proxies.
