April Board Meeting
Tuesday, April 11th, 2023, 7pm at 464 Mustang Pass
The Hills of Bandera Ranch POA will hold a Board Meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 7:00PM. The meeting will be via Zoom, and hosted in person at Juliana Thomas' house, 464 Mustang Pass. Community Workday
Saturday, April 22nd, 2023, 9am to 12pm at Hills of Bandera Road Cul De Sac
Owners of The Hills of Bandera Ranch POA,
The Hills of Bandera Ranch Common Area Committee has scheduled a community workday as follows:
Date: April 22, 2023 (Saturday, also Earth Day)
Work Session: 9:00 AM till 12 Noon in the Common Area (meet at the Hills of Bandera Road cul de sac, we will divide and conquer)
Tasks:
1. Remove brush and vines on Standing Rock Island (upper area of Lake 3)
2. P4 trail is designated as a walking trail, however there are several narrow areas that need additional trimming and debris removal.
3. P3 is mostly completed but some of the debris needs to be removed
4. Perimeter trail; low hanging branches need trimming and debris along the trail need to be picked up
5. Clear brush in drainage area below Lake 1 dam

Note: Branches, brush, debris will continue to be placed in the “Grand Canyon” as part of the erosion control effort.
